In charge of a User-Centric Loyalty Program

At Provision-ISR, I lead the creation of the “Provision-ISR Reward App,” a mobile application designed to incentivize and reward our B2B customers. This involved planning comprehensive user journeys, flows, and logic, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives. I collaborated closely with designers to create wireframes and UI designs based on approved specifications. Additionally, I provided detailed documentation to the development team in China to ensure accurate feature implementation.

The app was designed to be user-friendly and engaging, with features such as personalized rewards,  exclusive offers, client warranty management and extended warranty upsell features.
