This project involved creating a website that catered to the specific needs of carpenters, interior designers, and kitchen companies. The goal was to enhance the company’s brand image as a market leader, promote its flagship 3D design product (Ronplan), and alleviate pressure on the customer support center.
To achieve this, I developed targeted messaging and information for each customer segment, highlighting relevant product features and benefits. The website featured a modern design with interactive 3D models to showcase outputs made with the company’s software, setting it apart from competitors.
A key component of the website was the knowledge center, a self-service resource hub with easily accessible guides and FAQs. This streamlined customer support and reduced reliance on human intervention. The knowledge center was designed to be scalable, with a system for easily adding and categorizing new support content.
