Optimizing Ticketing Systems, Online Sales Platforms, and Operational Processes for an Exciting Children's Amusement Park

At RoyBoy Park, I lead the development of an integrated online system which optimized the park’s operations through technological advancements.

This system included a user-friendly online ticketing platform with secure payment processing and QR code-based ticket delivery, as well as offline ticketing capabilities for seamless on-site validation.

The system also included a flexible event management module, enabling the park to efficiently handle scheduling, promotions, and capacity control for various events and attractions. Additionally, a fully functional online store was created for park merchandise, offering both shipping and in-store pickup options, along with coupon and discount features to drive sales.

To further streamline operations, the system integrated with an invoicing system for financial management and provided a centralized delivery summary for gift shop purchases. A unified payment gateway was implemented to manage transactions from both online and physical sales channels.

To ensure a smooth transition, I developed detailed tutorials for managers and staff, enabling them to effectively utilize the new system and maximize its benefits.
